Replacement & Exchange Policy

At ShaperMen, we're committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase. Because our shapewear is an intimate, close-to-body product, hygiene and safety come first — so our policy is built around replacements and exchanges rather than open returns.

No Open Returns

For hygiene reasons, ShaperMen products are non-returnable for a refund once delivered. We do not offer money-back returns simply because you no longer want the product. Instead, we offer free replacements when something is wrong on our end, and paid size exchanges when you need a different fit (details below).

Free Replacement — When the Issue Is on Our End

You're eligible for a free replacement (no charge to you) if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size or colour — different from what you ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

In these cases we cover everything. For most issues we'll arrange a free reverse pickup of the original item and ship your replacement. For damaged items, no pickup is needed — keep or dispose of the original, and we'll send your replacement once we verify the issue from your photos.

Paid Size Exchange — When You Need a Different Fit

If the product is correct but the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size. Because the original order was fulfilled correctly, a nominal exchange fee of ₹100–150 applies to cover reverse pickup and re-shipping. We'll collect your current item and send the size you need.

Conditions for Any Replacement or Exchange

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
  • You must provide a clear package-opening image or video.

Not Eligible

Replacement or exchange requests will not be approved for:

  • Change of mind about the product itself (deciding you no longer want it).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.

(Note: choosing the wrong size at checkout is not rejected — it's handled as a Paid Size Exchange above.)

Refunds

Refunds are not offered as a standard option. A refund may be issued only in these specific cases:

1. Order not delivered (RTO / failed delivery). If a prepaid or partially prepaid order is returned to us undelivered, the amount you paid will be refunded.

2. Approved replacement that we can't fulfil. A refund may be issued when all of the following are true:

  • Your replacement request has been approved by ShaperMen.
  • The same product is out of stock.
  • No suitable alternative can be provided.
  • You decline store credit.

In these cases, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
