At ShaperMen, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the intimate nature of our shapewear products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products once they have been delivered.
No Returns
For hygiene reasons, all ShaperMen products are non-returnable once delivered.
Replacement/Refund Policy
Customers may be eligible for a replacement/Refund only under the following circumstances:
Wrong product received.
Wrong size or color received (different from what was ordered).
Product received in a damaged condition.
Manufacturing defect in the product.
Conditions for Replacement
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Customers must provide clear images/videos showing the issue for verification.
Customer must provide clear package opening images and video.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement/Refund requests will not be approved for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size selected by the customer while placing the order.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance caused by lighting conditions, photography, or screen settings.
Refund Exception
Refunds are generally not offered. However, a refund may be issued in the following exceptional circumstance:
The replacement request has been approved by ShaperMen.
The same product is unavailable in stock.
No suitable alternative product can be provided.
Store credit is not accepted by the customer.
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
