A product is eligible for replacement if:
You received the wrong product, size, or color.
The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
There is a manufacturing defect.
Please note:
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once your request is approved:
We will arrange a pickup of the original item from your address (if required).
A replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
If the same item or size is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product or opt for store credit.
Replacements will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance due to photographic lighting or screen display.
